Telecheck Verification Program
Orange Tree enrolled within a new check processing program. The new program requires staff to collect and retain on file the following information:
- Customer’s full name
- Customer driver license number and state issued
- Customer’s social security number
- Customer’s billing address
- Customer’s correct contact number
Without this information our staff is unable to process checks issued in the mail or in person. Customers who chose not to provide the above required information will be able to pay with cash or money order.
When customers present checks in person, we require the above information and the customers must present their drivers license for staff to swipe as part of the transaction. |
