On line payments
For more than four years customers have been able to pay their bills through their banks.
We have two methods for these payments to be processed.
- Electronic payment directly deposited into our account
- Bank check issued from the customer’s bank.
- Use our online payment process
Customers who chose to process their monthly payments by these means need to be aware the Utility is unable to chose which method of payment their bank issues payments.
When customers pay online it is important for them to contact our office to ensure we are aware payment has been processed. We cannot guarantee we will receive payment timely or even have notice the payment has been issued.
If customers who pay online receive a Final Notice, they must contact customer service to resolve the past due amount.
