Monthly Payment Programs

Customers can enroll within either a bank draft or credit card debit program. (Forms link) Customers are afforded the twenty days to review their bills, on the last day the payments are due, staff will process the debit to customer’s accounts.

These programs allow our customers the reassurance their services will not be disconnected and their accounts will not be recognized as late.

In the event the monthly debit is processed and it is declined, staff will contact the customers to advise of the matter and offer another method of payment.  Customer accounts will be charged a return payment fee.
