NO BOIL WATER ADVISORIES are in effect

FINAL NOTICES FOR OCTOBER BILLS HAVE BEEN MAILED
Payments must be in our office no later than 5:00 pm on 11/7/08
The deadline for Annual Certification Reports was been extended until 12/1/08.
Homeowners that do not submitt certifications by 12/1/08 will have their backflow tested and the fees will be added to their account.
NOVEMBER BILLS HAVE BEEN MAILED
Customers should have this month's bill no later than 11/10/2008. If you do not receive a bill in the mail by 11/10/2008, please contact our office.
We gladly accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Money Orders, Cashier Checks, Online Payments, and Personal Checks. If paying online please remember ECHECKS take 4-10 business days to clear. If ECHECK payments do not clear before the disconnection day, customers may have service interrupted.
*processing fees will be applied to accounts which are paid after the final due date.

No water
Low water pressure
Sewer back up
Lift Station in Alarm
* reporting a false emergency will result in assessed penalties to your account.
** this call center is unable to take payments, discuss billing related matters, or customer complaints.
