NO BOIL WATER ADVISORIES are in effect

Final Notices for June's Billing have been mailed. The last day customers can pay is 7/10/2009. Disconnections will start 7/13/2009 at 7:30am.

Meters are being read today for July's Billing.

2009 Annual Backflow Prevention Certification Program Starts in August.

Customers Must verify with our Customer Care Team the company chosen is authorized to work within the service area. The approved list from 2008 is no longer valid. A new list of authorized contractors will be released in June 2009.

** Paypal payments received after 4:30PM will be posted next business day **

We gladly accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Money Orders, Cashier Checks, Online Payments, and Personal Checks. If paying online please remember ECHECKS take 4-10 business days to clear. If ECHECK payments do not clear before the disconnection day,service can be interrupted.
*processing fees will be applied to accounts which are paid after the final due date.

Customer Service Hours are Monday-Friday 08:00am-12:00 noon to 1:00pm-5:00pm

24-hour Emergency Call Center will not dispatch calls pertaining to broken backflow preventer’s.  Customers are asked to call an approved Backflow Technician selected from our list of contractors. (see link: Forms: 2008 Annual Backflow Certification Program)

After hour calls pertaining to
No water (for greater than 5 mins and not relating to backflow preventers),
Low water pressure,
Sewer back up,
Lift Station in Alarm

* reporting a false emergency will result in assessed penalties to your account.
** the call center is unable to take payments, discuss billing related matters, or customer complaints.
